SmartCare OS works in partnership with the National Cleaners Association (NCA) to bring practical AI, operational intelligence, education, and decision support to professional garment care businesses.

Human judgment remains the rule. SmartCare OS uses AI to read signals, surface risks, and prepare recommendations, but the trained operator verifies the context and makes the decision.
